Summary This role will lead the compliance team to develop compliance policies and establish continuously monitoring mechanism to evaluate effectiveness of policies. Lead the team to set up compliance training structure and deliver training on regular basis. Advise, support, supervise business operations to meet compliance requirements. Lead and support internal auditing and investigation cases.
Area of Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Compliance Policy Development and Implementation - Develop a company compliance manual covering compliance requirements to ensure all employees are aware and comply. - Lead assessment and implementation of compliance policies and revise and improve them according to regulatory changes and company business development to ensure their timeliness and effectiveness.
2. Compliance Training and Education - Lead the team to organize regular compliance training tailored to enhance internal and external professional compliance capabilities.
3. Compliance Monitoring, Auditing and Investigation - Establish a compliance monitoring mechanism to conduct daily supervision of product production and sales, promptly identify violations, and urge rectification. - Lead the team to conduct daily compliance reivew, regular internal and external audits/due deligence check to judge whether company operations and business partners behaviors comply with compliance policies, analyze audit/DD findings in depth, and propose improvement measures. - Conduct or support compliance investigation case. Generate investigation report and propose improvement measures.
Requirements 1, Bachelor and above. Degree in Law is a must. 2. Fluent Mandarin and spoken/ written English mandatory. 3. Proficient with powerpoint, excel modeling, and word. 4. Solid healthcare industry compliance working experience. 5. Experience with internal auditing and investigation. 6. Experience with Law firm and big 4 will be a plus. 7. Strong risk analysis, identification and problem-solving. 8. Strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills. 9. Strong ability to lead a team of professionals. 10. High ethical standards and trustworthy.
