Reporting to the Head of Greater China, you will be based in Shanghai and responsible for: 61 Guide by line manager, figure out holistic retail strategy to bring China business to next level. 61 -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. 61 -Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring it meets brand standards for cleanliness and organization. 61 - Manage supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. 61 Otimizing store productivity in the areas of sales, labor efficiency and inventory managment, as well as data analysis for store initiatives 61 Driving customer experience by ensuring the Brand identity as expreseed through brick and montar, Shop-in-Shop (SIS), and Point-of-Sale (POS) locations, is consistent with Global image & guideline Retail Operation Supervisor –Mainland China (based in Shanghai) Main tasks Inventory Management: - Support sales goals by ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and effective merchandising. - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. - Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotions, sales events, and product launches. Reporting and Analysis: - Identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions to the Store Manager. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational data to corporate offices. 61 Sales management o Develop action plan to achieve commercial target in terms of qualitative and quantitative aspects o Guide and support stores & SIS to increase the repurchase rate, identify & develop gifting clients for bulk purchase o Prepare retail management reports (weekly and monthly reporting, action plan, sales & product analysis etc.) 61 Operations o In charge of daily operations (maintenance, product order, inventory management, PO etc.) of stores and POS align with company business processes & procedures o Develop practical standard operation process (SOP) and regular update with identifying the insufficiency in operation flow. Optimize SOP to ensure operation effectiveness and adaptability to business development needs o Regular visit to the stores and assigned POS in the territories. Provide feedback to retail staffs and Retailers to make improvements in a timely manner o Control store costs and selling expenses to ensure they are following the company policy and financial requirements o Manage and liaise all in-store activations, monitor the visual merchandising execution, assist with the Human Resources procedures (i.e. recruitment, training, dismiss etc.) and any other related opening, relocation, closing procedures Requested skills 61 At least 5 years’ experience in retail sales and operation (lifestyle sector is preferable) 61 Excellent understanding of the selling process and customer behavior 61 Having strong analytical skill 61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint 61 Very good command of spoken and writing in English 61 Start up and strategic mind-set able to understand the "big picture" combined together with hands on approach, able to work to manage daily operation 61 Teamwork spirit, multi-tasking, dynamic and proactive result oriented 61 Immediately available is definitely an advantage
