RESPONSIBILITIES -Process orders in SAP system -Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs -Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary -Arrange and follow up shipments/deliveries -Follow up payment status and customer credit -Experience with L/C, D/A, D/P and close contact with banks -Coordinate with Supply Chain and sales team to solve complaints -Implement the best practice of OTC process and continually improve the process -Generate backlog orders and prepare sales forecast based on delivery schedule -Build up trustful relationship with customers, internal customers, close communication with sales force, SCM, logistics.
REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor degree of international trading or business administration -3 years working experience in multi-national companies -Excellent English in oral and writing -Self-motivation under stressful circumstances -Chinese speaking is a plus -Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities -Good communication skills -Excellent team player -Willingness to learn new things and supportive attitude. -Result orientation and customer focus -Comply with audit requirements -Sound knowledge of OTC process -Familiar with SAP modules -Good skills of MS Excel
