In this role, you will work in the Digital Retail Performance Media team and be responsible for digital user growth, as well as establish close external media/platform partnership. Based on your deep understanding in China digital environment, you will need to deliver clear E-business strategy to bring extraordinary outcomes to the team. · Guided by the user growth and business target, through data analysis and user research, clarify the core direction and means of business growth · Manage EC media budget to focus on recruitment & conversion for all EC channels · Engage and assist with internal and external partners to implement the strategical plan for Digital Retail, will deeply involve in business development projects · Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and user analysis to identify opportunities and generate actionable directory to drive digital business · Develop business case for new growth initiatives · Generate insightful media post buy and business performance report Requirements: · Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years’ experience in e-commerce user growth/marketing products, marketplace experience preferred · Strong data and business analysis ability, good at finding problems through data analysis and formulating corresponding strategies · Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English · Strategic problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure · Have deep understanding in digital and business · Quick learner, highly self-driven, detail oriented, team player · Previous strategy consulting is a plus The ideal candidate has an analytical, data-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing ad platforms from high-level to day-to-day operations, deep understanding in digital and business, can deliver comprehensive strategic planning.
