Job Responsibilities :

1.Support sales managers and directly engage with clients to discuss high-rack equipment requirements in logistics automation system projects. Develop optimal solutions and cost estimations through internal team collaboration based on client needs.
负责支持销售经理并直接与客户讨论物流自动化系统项目中的高位货架设备需求，根据需求沟通与内部团队提供最优的解决方案和成本计算。
2.Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor project progress and provide ongoing support.
定期与客户保持接触了解项目的动态提供支持。
3.Coordinate internal resources to fulfill the client's project requirements and effectively convey the client needs to the internal team.
协调内部资源实现客户对项目的需求，并有效传递客户的需求到内部团队。
4.Cooperate with project managers to resolve field issues during project implementation.
项目实施期间配合项目经理解决现场出现的问题。

Qualifications:
任职要求

1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering.
本科学历,机械、工业或机电一体化工程专业。
2.More than 5 years of working experience in the logistics equipment industry, familiar with high-rack systems, pallet/material box multi-pass vehicles and stacker cranes。
5年以上物流设备行业工作经验，熟悉高位货架系统，托盘/料箱多穿车和堆垛机设备。
3.Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service, one can effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs.
具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够有效地与客户交流并理解其需求。
4.Proficiency in using AutoCAD and 3D drawing software。
熟练使用AutoCAD和3D制图软件。
5.Preferred Qualifications: fluent in English (written and spoken) and familiar with programming languages.
英语听说读写流利和熟悉编程语言者优先考虑。
