· Together with Head of China build sales team to drive revenue growth and align all sales activities with the company’s long term strategic objectives. 与中国区负责人共同组建销售团队,推动收入增长,并确保所有销售活动与公司的长期战略目标保持一致。
2. Customer Relationship Management 客户关系管理 · Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spice industry in China. 与中国香料行业的关键客户、分销商及合作伙伴建立长期关系。
· Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring contracts align with the company’s strategic goals while optimizing profitability. 主导商业谈判,确保合同符合公司的战略目标,同时优化盈利能力。

II Qualification & Key Competencies 任职资格与核心能力 1.Qualifications 任职资格 · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. 市场营销、国际贸易、工商管理或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
· 10+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, spices, or seasonings, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 10 年以上食品原料、香料或调味品行业的 B2B 销售经验,其中至少 5 年担任管理职务。
· Deep understanding of the Chinese food industry, with a proven track record in business development and key account management. 对中国食品行业有深刻理解,并在业务开发和关键客户管理方面有良好的业绩记录。

III Working conditions 工作条件 · Full-time role based in Shanghai. 全职职位,工作地点在中国上海。
· Requires close collaboration with factory in Vietnam, India and Head office in Netherland. 需要与越南、印度的工厂以及荷兰总部紧密合作。
· Traveling often between provinces, sometimes oversea. 经常需要在国内各省出差,有时需要海外出差。
