职位概述:
将负责制定并执行公司在中国的销售策略,推动业务增长并管理关键客户关系。该职位的主要目标是提升销售业绩、扩大市场份额,并确保公司在中国的长期成功。该职位将与公司中国区负责人紧密合作,共同组建并管理中国销售团队。

I Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
销售策略与执行
· Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy for the Chinese market to achieve annual sales targets.
制定并实施 公司 在中国市场的销售策略,以实现年度销售目标。

· Monitor market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and establish effective market entry strategies, especially top players among the industry
监控市场动态,识别增长机会,并制定有效的市场进入策略。

· Together with Head of China build sales team to drive revenue growth and align all sales activities with the company’s long term strategic objectives.
与中国区负责人共同组建销售团队,推动收入增长,并确保所有销售活动与公司的长期战略目标保持一致。

2. Customer Relationship Management
客户关系管理
· Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spice industry in China.
与中国香料行业的关键客户、分销商及合作伙伴建立长期关系。

· Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring contracts align with the company’s strategic goals while optimizing profitability.
主导商业谈判,确保合同符合公司的战略目标,同时优化盈利能力。

· Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement measures to enhance customer loyalty.
监控客户满意度,并实施改进措施以提高客户忠诚度。

3. Team Leadership & Development
团队领导与发展
· Develop a high-performing sales team from the start, enhancing their skills and overall effectiveness.
组建、培训并管理一支高效的销售团队,提升他们的技能和整体效能。

· Foster team collaboration, ensuring smooth internal communication and optimizing sales processes.
促进团队协作,确保内部沟通顺畅,并优化销售流程。

4. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy
市场分析与竞争策略
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
分析市场趋势、客户需求和竞争对手动态,提供战略性建议。

· Participate in product development and pricing strategy to strengthen the company’s market competitiveness.
参与产品开发和定价策略,以增强公司的市场竞争力。

II Qualification & Key Competencies
任职资格与核心能力
1.Qualifications
任职资格
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
市场营销、国际贸易、工商管理或相关领域的本科及以上学历。

· 10+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, spices, or seasonings, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
10 年以上食品原料、香料或调味品行业的 B2B 销售经验,其中至少 5 年担任管理职务。

· Deep understanding of the Chinese food industry, with a proven track record in business development and key account management.
对中国食品行业有深刻理解,并在业务开发和关键客户管理方面有良好的业绩记录。

· Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills.
出色的谈判能力、战略思维和数据分析能力。

· Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) with strong communication abilities.
中英文流利(书面和口语),具备较强的沟通能力。

III Working conditions
工作条件
· Full-time role based in Shanghai.
全职职位,工作地点在中国上海。

· Requires close collaboration with factory in Vietnam, India and Head office in Netherland.
需要与越南、印度的工厂以及荷兰总部紧密合作。

· Traveling often between provinces, sometimes oversea.
经常需要在国内各省出差,有时需要海外出差。
