BA is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We are currently seeking a talent that reports into Honeywell’s Building Automation Greater China as a core member of BA GC commercial team. As a channel management manager, you are expected to conduct analysis, provide guidance, and support to our channel partners and foster strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success. By developing and executing channel strategies aligning with boarder BA GC strategy, you will drive business growth and expand the company's coverage through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to optimize channel performance, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to our channel partners will be crucial for the company’s success. This position will have unparalleled exposure to senior leaders within the organization, and a view of the entire BA portfolio. After gaining sufficient experience, a natural career progression will be either a senior level in the same function, or a position in boarder marketing team or LoB team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance channel performance Build up BA GC channel management framework and lead day-to-day MOS / execution Optimize channel partner selection, onboarding, and enablement and assessment process and criteria Provide strategic guidance and support to channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions Monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Perform other commercial related tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ experience in channel / sales management or sales, with a proven track record of driving channel performance and revenue growth Full-time working experience in an analytical field, preferably with a professional service background (e.g. management consulting, market research firm, research dept. in investment banking, etc.) is a plus Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, strategic thinking & problem-solving capability Strong communication skills in English & Chinese; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders Ability to effectively manage channel partner relationships and navigate complex sales cycles Outstanding analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative way, ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks Can independently conduct extensive data research, e.g., desktop research, data consolidation and synthesis, conducting interviews with senior guidance Can-do attitude, attention to details, well organized, ability to multi-task, proactively drive impact and get results Good leadership potential: self-driven and passionate for growth, seeks and welcomes feedback, good team player, open-minded with continuous learning mindset Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
