Job Purpose This position locates in Shanghai. The SFE is responsible to help overall lead sales incentive management and yearly target setting at company level, with covering key sales excellence related project management(e.g. MS,BI,etc) In addition, the job holder will also work with BPs to drive sales effectiveness and manage sales process at company level. Main Tasks and Responsibilities BI system and master data operation and maintenance: 61 Maintain & update master data in system like customer master data, Dealer master data ,sales target, sales team structure and etc. 61 Maintain system user management (employee entry and exit), post management (sales team structure adjustment), ensure data accuracy and communication. 61 Assist in maintaining and updating ASP prices to ensure the accuracy of Net Sales of BI system 61 System optimization and payment. Sales team performance and bonus accounting, sales index maintenance: 61 Follow the bonus policy and complete the calculation of all sales team bonuses on time every quarter. 61 Quarterly/annual sales team ranking calculation. 61 Regularly handle the adjustment of sales indicators due to the change of sales region and the entry and departure of employees. Daily sales operation support: 61 Deal with unmatched terminal institutions and products, and ensure that unmatched sales confirmed by sales are accurately reflected. 61 Handle the objections of all sales staff on the system sales data, mapping relationship and authorization relationship, and give timely feedback. 61 Maintain and update the master data of employees: update the sales entry and departure, adjust the sales area, and send emails to confirm in time. 61 Sales report (New&Lost Account, monthly report, business review, etc.) 61 Data support from other departments Requirements needed Education and experience 61 3+ years of relevant working experience in healthcare/Medical device. 61 Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills. 61 Fluent in English Personal Attributes 61 Willing to work under pressure to build the processes from 0 to 1. 61 Strong analytical skills together with business acumen 61 Good communication and collaboration skills. 61 Proactive attitude and approach to problem-solving – “can-do” mindset 61 Willing to Travel (< 10%).
