岗位职责：
83 Plan, design, conduct research programs/technology programs.
83 Develop novel assays for HTS/HCS screens, MoA and lead profiling.
83 Implement strategies for and execute automated screens.
83 Interpret results and presents within and outside LD.
83 Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet near-term or long-term project goals.
83 Oversee potential partnerships with external resources including CROs.
83 Maintain thorough knowledge of cutting-edge science in Lead Discovery and constantly upgrade relevant skillsets.

任职资格：
1. Ph.D. in biochemistry, biology, or a related field or Master degree with 2~5 years of working experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
2. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese and English.
3. Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
4. Experience in genotyping human or mouse single cell clones is preferred.
