Key Responsibilities: - End to end responsibility for product development project management and associated process execution of assigned projects. - Create proposals and project plans for new programs including value to the organization and expected benefits,scope & requirements, timeline & key milestones, dependencies, budget & resources, and deliverables; - Execute and coordinate projects / programs across the whole value chain, collaborate with Product Owners, R&D, Supply Chain, Configuration, Sales/Marketing, Field Operational and various global orgnizations; - Organize tasks, liaise with resource managers to staff the project; lead the project team; - Track progress, monitor schedule, budget&cost, scope & requirement adhence; idenfity & mitigate risks & probelems; to achieve of project objectives; - Strive for optimizing cost, speed, and quality; - Ensure regular information flow to stakeholders and manage expectations, via reviews / status meetings / reports, & etc.; - Other tasks which are assigned by line manager.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering; - Experience in the elevator industry, preferable in area of product management, R&D or supply chain; - Communicate effectively: develop and deliver multi-mode communication that convey clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; - Coordination: prioritize/balanc multiple tasks, requests and workloads for a project team; - Monitoring performance: hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Track team metrics, milestones. Redurect efforts if required for continued progress; - Facilitate diverse groups: negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; - Variant and Complexity Management: sound understanding of unique features, specifications, and requirements to ensure successful development. Dealing with the challenges posed by complex systems and projects. Identifying and addressing complexities to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall project success; - Fluent English in speaking and writing.
