主要任务与职责: Main tasks and responsibilities: - Ensure the on-time delivery of each project - Control contract items, especially scope of delivery, project specifications, executing procedures, documentation requirements, quality demand, project schedule, delivery time, etc. - Conduct project meetings (Kick-Off, internal, pre-inspection, etc.), with agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions - Negotiating or clarify the change of contract with customer, subcontractor, and internal related departments. - Manage warranty claim and/or complaint from customer side. - Managing contract document - Project Progress Report, including Project Executing Planning, etc. to customer. - Internal and external correspondence management - Project close-out report for required projects. - Issue material purchasing requisition to procurement. - Prepare inquiry to subcontractor for 3rd party equipment and evaluate the quotations from bidders. - Support procurement to issue subcontract for 3rd party equipment - Check and expedite 3rd party equipment to assure the equipment delivery in planed schedule. - If any delay, solve it to meet project delivery requirement. - Review 3rd party equipment (e.g., pressure vessel, column and heat exchanger and etc) drawings from process and mechanical aspects - Collect and submit documents to customer as per the required schedule and requirement. - Collect and distribute customer's comments or requirements within project team members, to ICO project manager and to 3rd party. - And acknowledge of documents confirmation from customer. - Check and confirm Fabrication Planning can meet project requirement. - Tracking fabrication status - If any delay, solve it to meet project delivery requirement. - Prepare the customer witness inspection planning, confirm it with workshop planning, and submit for customer to confirm it as early as possible. - Check and inspect the product quality together with QC support. - Ensure final documentation/MDR are received. - Obtain and check Packing List from ICO project manager or 3rd party suppliers. - Issue Packing List (preliminary or final) and shipping notice to customer - Collect customer goods receiving acceptance. - Control and trace the project cost. - Review project costs in SAP on regular basis - Highlight/investigate significant over budget costs with relevant functional department. - Deal with variation claims from supplier and customer - Prepare, submit VAT invoice to customer in timely manner after delivery according to the contract. - Be responsible of collecting all payment in time. - Sales support in advance to help winning the project - Support manager for monthly closing report and rolling forecast - Other tasks assigned by managers/ group leader
职位要求: Qualifications: - At least 8 years’ experience in project execution and experienced in engineering design, purchasing, commissioning (EPC) in mechanical industry, petrochemical industrial area is preferred - At least 5 years’ experience in working in an international environment, Europe projects/Design Standard experience is preferred - A degree in Chemical Equipment or Chemical Engineering preferred - Proven track record in progressive project execution and management towards cost reduction & fulfill quality - Good Operation knowledge & skill, Skill of subcontractor management - Basic Engineering knowledge & skill - Familiar with equipment, instrument and other components used in chemical plant - Have high energy and positive attitude and capable of working under pressure, well time management with systematic & structural working style - Fluent in English - Strategic thinker/planner - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills - Strong management & leadership skill - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make decisions - Team spirits and experience sharing - Delegate, develop and motivate staff
