Activities:
61 To be able to analyze the technical trend of OEM's fluid development and prepare the appropriate technical platform.
61 Understanding technical demands of OEMs and provide relevant proposals including products and services, also including NEV and leading auto Tier1 manufactures, e-drive, BTMS included.
61 Responsible for technical support work for Auto OEMs, including project set-up, proposal preparation, testing and validation, after-sales problems dealing with, and market activities.
61 Participate in product development, selection, and formula optimization, complete or supplement technical data according to OEM requirements.
61 Through communicating with OEMs closely, understand and manage their needs well, pushing the proposal to get the final approval.
61 Through collecting competitors’ technical information in the market and share them internally.
61 Response and solve customer difficulties, problems, and complaints, enhance the customers’ cooperation level with TE.
61 Participate in industry conferences and forums to increase the company's influence as a technical specialist.
61 Efficient cross departmental collaboration, integrating resources to develop the projects. Provide technical support and basis for the development and decision-making of the company.
61 Develop new businesses, vigorously maintain existing businesses, and avoid the invasion of competitors.
61 Contact with specialist in HQ for better solution proposals if necessary, discuss, follow the progress, and report the results.
61 Work with TELUB technical specialist or global colleagues on custom products development, domestic OEMs visiting, technical exchange.
61 Work closely with sales team, product/formula/marketing team, the 3rd lab to ensure the application of TE products smoothly.
61 Regularly completed business reviews, projects summaries, and internal reports, efficiently completed all kinds of tasks assigned by the company and line managers.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical or auto engineering.
61 Minimum 5 years work experience in the lubricant industry, chemicals or mechanical will be a plus.
61 Familiar with OEM's fluid development process and requirements, especially for Chinese OEMs and NEV fluids.
61 Strong technical service or product research background.
61 Excellent automotive oil development and application capabilities.
61 Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels.
61 Excellent communication and expression skills.
61 Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent.
61 Ability to learn quickly and can do attitude.
61 Both Good in English and Mandarin, French is a plus.
61 Team work player, can work independently, ability to work in team within a matrix system and under great pressure.
61 Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel.
