Activities: Overall develop and manage product, place, advise on pricing by solid marketing insights on competitors and assist promotion to achieve Elf brand business growth including PCMO, HDEO, MCO and Auxiliary 1 Segment Marketing: - manage product portfolio and Develop annual plan for related segment, implement marketing activities to support business growth. - Collect and report marketing trends and evolution plan related to competitors on regular basis to optimize product mix and ensure competitive competency. - Leverage the new opportunities with align to the regulation, technique and competition evolution. Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities and Analyze product mix and competitor claims for effective marketing - Implement marketing plans and collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams. - In charge of segment marketing activities and develop marketing kits to support day-to-day B2B & B2C business - Plan and execute ground activities for business development. - Providing related suggestion and advise on product Communication, Well positioning related products by benchmarking target competitors 2. Budget Management: - Advise and manage segment marketing budget on key activities. - Track and evolute sales performance with spending(including A&P, EOL and CAPEX) to achieve performance targets - Support team lead and managements on budget preparation on yearly basis. 3. Sales Performance and Profitability: - Track sales performance on Volume, GMVC and UGMVC and collaborate with supply chain and finance teams on continuous profitability improvement. - Drive cost reduction projects and assist on related products’ price management. 4. Collaboration and Customer Experience: - Work closely with sales and technical teams to optimize products. - Work close with sales team, supply chain and tech. team on products formulations & optimization, support customer complains solution to improve customer experience 5. Interface with HQ and Regional Teams: - Regularly communicate with HQ and regional teams for latest mkt. trends, product plan and competitors movements - regularly communicate with HQ and regional teams for collecting and sharing best practices. Primary Leadership 83 Leading and implement Elf brand strategy in China, efficiency communicate with other marketing team and supporting funcions to help sales team to boost Elf brand sales. 83 Industry dynamic analysis, benchmarking competitor activity, Working closely with sales team, and reflect the feedback from sales team/distributors.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor degree, Major in Marketing, Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering with a master degree as a plus 61 Minimum 5 years working experience, experience as a sales or marketing role in lubricant industry is preferred. 61 Good understanding on Marketing professions, team working attitudes, excellent communication skills and can work under pressure. 61 Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel. 61 Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in presentation & report related tools 61 Good people management skills and a team player, able to motivate and empower task force 61 Hands on and has a strong ability to implement planned activities in a timely and effective manner 61 Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE event.
