He/she will support the Sr. Retail Marketing Manager to ensure development and implementation of winning brand and Retail brand experience – off mountain strategies for TNF APAC.
Success in this position requires close collaboration and communication with the various business functions: global counterpart, marketing, omni, merchant, logistics, and well manage suppliers.
The focus of his/her scope will:
1. Retail Marketing campaign strategy for China short term and long term in line with brand strategies and objectives. 2. Retail Marketing seasonal initiative standards and guideline define and cascade to the other territory.
3. Work with a “exploration mindset” and lead a life of exploration.
Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. Lead campaign retail strategies, action plan and retail brand experience calendar to meet biz and brand needs. 2. Work with internal team, adapt/leverage with any directive to formulate annual integrated retail brand experience calendar that balances inspiration, product innovation storytelling and commerce driving activations. 3. Work closely with regional team to drive focused impact of regional focus. 4. Supporting the retail biz support from sales meeting showroom set up, seasonal initiatives strategies and clearly logic with go to market. 5. Supporting for the omni team for their store marketing (dp/pop up) needs. 6. Partner with business team and space design team to develop the brand experience cross APAC. 7. Deal with all the payment work.

Leadership Experience in managing Territories enquiry. 4. Detail minded with well organized personality with good analytical and execution skills. 5.
