RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Responsible customer service process (Place sales orders and purchase orders, check delivery plan with suppliers, goods allocation, arrange shipments, etc) * Production related imported components planning & purchasing and keep tracking materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery * Complete and send reports on time * Provide high service level of performance & keep good relationship with all the customers * Supplier performance tracking and escalation, analysis past due orders to dig in the problems and provide recovery plan and solutions * Responsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvement * Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover, control the inventory to meet target * Other special or urgent case support
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred MANAGEMENT: * None
QUALIFICATIONS: * 10 years of suitable and relevant experience in supplier chain * Good communication skills both in both oral and written English * Proficient in MS Office * Good analysis capability to discover and solve problems * Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility * Awareness of relevant regulation, compliance requirement and processes
