Mission 1: Front Desk Operations - Handle front desk reception, visitor registration, and guidance to maintain a professional company image - Answer and transfer phone calls, keeping proper records - Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and document filing
Mission 2: Administrative Management - Vendor Management: Coordinate with office suppliers (stationery, cleaning, plants, maintenance, etc.) to ensure service quality and optimize procurement costs - Monthly Bill Verification: Review, apply, and follow up on office-related payments (utilities, property management, internet, etc.) - Office Environment Maintenance: Supervise 5S management, coordinate repairs and cleaning to ensure a tidy and orderly workspace - Administrative Contract Management: Organize, archive, and track contracts (cleaning, leasing, office equipment, etc.) - Event Planning & Execution: Assist in organizing company events (festivals, birthday parties, team-building, etc.), including procurement, venue setup, and coordination
Mission 3: Other Administrative Support - Assist with meeting room bookings, guest reception, and business dinners - Manage office supplies and fixed asset procurement, including inventory tracking - Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT
61 Education/Degree or equivalent: - Bachelor's/Associate degree (Administration-related preferred) 61 Background including total years of experience: - 2+ years 61 Soft and Leadership Skills : - Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills - Resilient team player with positive work ethic 61 Technical Skills: - Advanced MS Office competency 61 Languages: - English proficiency (CET-4+ advantageous)
