61 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Office admin supporting - Laise with local property company and other admin related vendor, keep daily office admin service in a smooth operation(include but not limited with water, stationery, tele-communication, cleaning, facility maintenance) - Book the hotels, air ticket according to travel application in OA system with 100% correct rate. - Monthly admin expense claim for hr manager’s approval on time with truly data. - Release national holiday notice to all employees per year 2. Employee Activity supporting - Assist hr manager and work with team, to provide actively support on employee activity, including outing, annual dinner, and other team building activities. 3. Issue the expat visitors’ dispatch letter, company invitation, active support on work permit procedure, like all kinds of documents collection and preparation. 4. Reporting & Notice - Update monthly routine reports and submit to hr manager with high correct rate on time 5. Support on marketing logistics work, including hotel booking, on site supporting in exhibition 6. Work as a team member, actively support manager on related project to ensure carry out smoothly EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor in related major 2. 2 years of working experience in admin daily supporting 3. Good command of MS office software, e.g. excel, powerpoint, outlook; 4. Good team player and good communication and interpersonal skills 5. Well spoken and written English
