- Independently present standardized and customized process solutions to customers. - Develop attractive business cases to be presented to customers and other external stakeholders. - Formulate and implement a strategic plan to optimize company positioning and maximize the probability of securing the project. - Define and propose application proposal, collaborating with solution and process engineers to ensure feasibility. - Clearly articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions to customers and internal teams. - Follow up on leads and negotiate proposals and contracts in coordination with sales. - Lead the preparation and compilation of tender documents - Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary inputs and ensure cohesive and accurate proposal submissions. - Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Direct, mentor, and lead junior engineers, providing guidance and support. - Cross-region supporting from application, product and costing etc.
