Micro Marketing Strategy Planning, City Plan Development and Execution: 61 Develop annual micro marketing strategy given company/marketing/channel strategy. 61 Well understand the city profile in terms of market size, channel structure, sales performance, past program learning, Dulux brand awareness and consumer buying behavior, key issue & opportunities etc. 61 Design the micro marketing program and set up the master plan per city profile understanding with NRM/RCM/RTM/ASM. 61 Develop KPI for each micro marketing activity as well city profitability analysis 61 Integrate branding/PR/training/channel team resources to invest micro marketing cities to expand micro marketing impact. 61 Work with regional trade marketing team and channel team on the field implementation and close monitor the performance 61 Continue to improve program effectiveness & attractiveness through post evaluation per each activity 61 Develop SOP for successful program and share to other cities to drive micro marketing program effectiveness.
Others 61 Optimize cross function team R&R for micro marketing and optimize micro marketing operation guideline to further drive the micro marketing excellence 61 Manage total investment (central TMKT A&P+ central channel BDF) for assigned micro marketing cities. 61 Monthly performance tracking and financial analysis to ensure sales performance on track and recommend corrective action plan. 61 Closely work with cross-functions and communicate to influence internal and external partners, e.g. sales, customer, channel team, PR, branding, training, etc. 61 Support to other TMKT projects, such as TPM, quarterly promotion plan, etc.

Decent understanding to channels & customers and solid experience in trade marketing. Have micro-marketing experience would be more appreciated. - Have good business sense and strategic thinking.
