Position Summary
Coordination of testing & cutover activities, planning & steering of Hub
coordinators, E2E solution consultants, and IT cross workstreams for local
roll-in projects, incl. reporting & escalation to IT hub lead.

Requirements
Education
1. Bachelor/Master's Degree.

Experience
1. 8+ SAP project management experience in Global projects
2. Consulting firm and internal PMO dept. experience preferred
3. Demonstrated project management experience (ideally with a focus on system
integration with SAP).
4. Proven ability to lead a team of technical project resources.
5. Ability to create and/or review configuration and technical specifications.
6. Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, SCRUM are
beneficial.
7. Excellent organization and communication skills.

8. Fluent in English and Chinese.




Main Tasks
1. Overarching responsibility for crafting and executing a strategy to
integrate third-party systems with SAP S/4 HANA, aligning with local or segment
related goals and technical requirements.
2. Plan, coordinate and supervise IT activities for integration of multiple
third-party systems with SAP S/4HANA.
3. Manage scope, schedule and budget for IT-related activities and monitor
(technical) project deliverables.
4. Plan & ensure IT resource availability and coordinate & supervise the work
of the (technical) project teams.
5. Prepare reporting on progress, milestone status, issues etc.
6. Manage communication with project stakeholders on IT-related activities.
