Position: Technical Engineer for China market

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
- Assists clients in understanding company’s products;
- 协助客户了解公司的产品；
- Assist the Area Manager and Headquarters in arranging product training for company employees as needed;
- 根据需求协助区域经理和总部安排对公司员工的产品培训；
- Participate technical commercial meetings together with sales or alone; Assist sales building customer relationships;
- 独自或者与销售人员一起参加技术性商务会议；协助销售维护客户关系；
- Support sales team to interpret well technical requirement from customer and coordinate correctly to headquarter engineers;
- 协助销售团队更好的理解客户的技术要求，并正确地向总部工程师报告和沟通客户需求；
- Independently or in collaboration with the headquarters' technical team, develop solutions that meet customer requirements, explain these solutions to customers, and guide them in selecting the most suitable product or technical solution;
- 独立或与总部技术团队合作制定满足客户需求的技术方案，向客户解释方案，并引导其选择最适合的产品或技术解决方案；
- Write technical reports, ensure the accuracy of all technical information and data, and effectively communicate them to customers. Ensure that all technical documentation complies with company standards and effectively supports both customers and team needs;
- 编写技术报告、确保所有技术信息和数据的准确性并合理传达给客户, 所有技术文档符合公司标准并能有效支持客户和团队需求；
- Follow up on project progress and offer necessary technical support throughout the project duration.
- 跟进项目相关进度，并提供项目期间的其他技术支持;
- Assist sales and quality team to solve quality claim;
- 协助销售和质量团队解决质量问题；
- Operate simple testing machine for quality mechanical check and complete simple test report;
- 能够操作简单的测试仪器，进行质量检测并完成简单的测试报告；
- Collect technical information of China market trend and report to Area Manager and Headquarter in the development and improvement of products and services offerings.
- 收集中国市场技术趋势信息，并向区域经理和总部报告，以支持产品和服务的开发与改进。
Requirements:
岗位需求：
- Bachelor Degree in science and technology, preference mechanical major
- 理工科本科学历，机械专业优先
- Excellent knowledge of English
- 英文听说读写流利
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Automotive or Household Appliances or Equipment sector.
- 至少3年汽车或家电或设备行业工作经验
- Availability to travel (including business travel abroad)
- 接受不定期出差（包括国外出差）
- Responsible, Ability to work in team

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
