Retail Marketing & CRM Associate Manager
This role will bridge retail marketing and CRM strategy, ensuring seamless brand storytelling across physical and digital touchpoints. The manager will leverage data to optimize customer journeys, foster loyalty, and align retail activations with KERING BEAUTE luxury ethos.
Main missions :
1. Retail Marketing Strategy 61 Develop and execute local and global retail marketing campaigns (boutique launches, seasonal promotions, VIP events) to drive foot traffic and sales. 61 Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Retail Teams to ensure in-store experiences (e.g., POS materials, fragrance trials) reflect marketing narratives. 61 Partner with Landlord Marketing to co-create exclusive retail activations. 61 Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position KERING BEAUTE as a leader in luxury retail.
2. CRM & Customer Loyalty 61 Lead the CRM strategy, leveraging data (purchase history, preferences) to segment audiences and personalize communications (wechat, SMS, MMS). 61 Design and optimize loyalty programs (e.g., VIP tiers, gifting suites) to increase retention and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). 61 Work with IT/Data teams to integrate CRM systems and ensure data accuracy. 61 Track KPIs (e.g., retention rates, ROI on campaigns) and refine strategies.
3. Omnichannel Engagement 61 Align retail marketing with digital (e.g., social media, e-commerce) to create cohesive customer journeys. 61 Support retail staff on CRM tools and brand storytelling to strengthen client relationships.
4. Reporting & Budget Management 61 Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to senior leadership. 61 Manage budgets for retail marketing and CRM initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency.
What we are looking for :
61 Experience: 5–7 years in retail marketing, CRM, or luxury brand management (fragrance/beauty/fashion preferred). 61 Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM system, data analytics tools and retail marketing software. 61 Luxury Mindset: Deep understanding of high-net-worth customer behaviors and expectations. 61 Creativity & Analytics: Ability to balance data-driven decisions with brand storytelling. 61 Languages: Fluency in English. 61 Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
