About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth for premium headphone product lines (including HiFi, noise-canceling, and wireless flagship models). You will develop a deep understanding of the high-end audio market, establish and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure the brands leadership position in niche markets.
What You Will Do
Strategic Planning & Goal Achievement: * Develop annual sales plans and break down quarterly/monthly targets to ensure sales objectives for premium headphone product lines are met. * Analyze market trends, competitor sales performance, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and capture greater market share in the high-end segment.
Channel Development & Management: * Expand premium sales channels (e.g., high-end department stores, specialty audio retailers, e-commerce platforms) to establish long-term, stable partnerships. * Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies for existing channels to maintain the brands premium image.
Team Collaboration & Training: * Lead distributor teams and guide them in executing the companys sales strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing department to develop branding initiatives for relevant product lines.
Data Analysis & Decision-Making: * Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market performance to optimize sales strategies and provide actionable insights to senior management.
What You Need to Be Successful * Bachelors degree or higher. * Proven ability to develop new sales channels . * Experience in managing both online and offline distributors. * Deep understanding of the audio market with the ability to accurately communicate product value.
Bonus Points if You Have * 5 years of sales experience in high-end consumer goods/professional audio equipment; prior experience in the headphones/speaker industry is preferred. * Omnichannel management experience (online & offline). * Familiarity with Key Account (KA) management is a plus. * Strong team coordination skills. * Retail management experience preferred.
