1. Analyze the customer / competitor market, and market segmentation, and to propose account growth strategies and approach;
2. Create, present and execute plans;
3. Ability to Develop business in the field of advanced packaging, including initial contacts and sales presentation;
4. Assist the team to take charge of all customer service matters related to accounts in the area, including routine operational problems, new requirements, complaints and logistic issues;
5. Analyze short and long term forecast and drive gap closure against AOP;
6. Define capex requirements, lead internal strategy and negotiate risk mitigation plan with customer;
7. Manage customer visit to support various functions in the area for various purposes;
8. Assist in forecasting of business and capacity requirements, and to drive capacity utilization to expectations;
9. Faithfully and diligently serve the company and carry out the duties and responsibilities, which the company may from time to time assign to him/her.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field;
2. 6+ years’experience in the semiconductor industry or related field;
3. Professional knowledge on OSAT technologies, industry and business, suppliers, competitors, customers. Familiar with advanced packaging process and market;
4. Good English;
5. Strong presentation, sales negotiation and influencing skills and interpersonal communication skills
