Activities: 61 Comply with TotalEnergies policies about HSEQ and code of conduct; 61 Work closely with IO business team, internal communication team in MS China, APMO & global team, ensure TLC are up-to-date on all ad-hoc topics and activities sharing & participation. 61 Proactively support and work together with IO business team to prepare and implement events, such as: industry seminar, industry exhibition, and congress etc. and apply digital tools into offline events to make the marketing events more efficient. 61 Realize the delivery of each event within budget and schedule as well as with good quality 61 Coordinate or support marketing promotion tools like gift, brochure or souvenir to ensure they’re in accordance with global Norms and VI guideline. 61 Fully responsible on IO social accounts daily operation and work close with local team on social media campaigns and promotions, based on the professional contents provided by IO business team. 61 Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation, etc. 61 Effectively review and evaluate each event conducted to understand the issues of event management and areas to improve. 61 Maintenance and updating of the marketing calendar and budget in conjunction with the Manager to track expenses, preparation of debit notes and liaise with accounts. 61 Other assignments delegated by manager.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor or above degree in Marketing or customer relationship related disciplines with a master degree as a plus 61 Minimum 3 years of marketing & communication experience, experience in brand, communication and marketing related dept. 61 Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, team player; 61 Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking. 61 Respect to deadline and willing on over-time duty working; 61 Good for both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
