岗位职责：
负责机械零部件（如轴承、齿轮、紧固件、钣金件）的采购工作，包括供应商开发、比价、议价、合同签订及订单跟踪。
Responsible for the procurement of mechanical components (e.g., bearings, gears, fasteners, sheet metal parts), including supplier development, price comparison, negotiation, contract signing, and order tracking.
根据生产计划和库存情况，制定采购计划，确保物料按时交付，避免缺料或积压。
Develop procurement plans based on production schedules and inventory status to ensure timely material delivery, avoiding shortages or overstocking.
调研市场行情，掌握原材料价格波动趋势，优化采购成本。
Research market trends, monitor raw material price fluctuations, and optimize procurement costs.
维护供应商关系，定期评估供应商质量、交期、服务等，建立合格供应商名录。
Maintain supplier relationships, regularly evaluate supplier quality, delivery times, and service, and establish a qualified supplier list.
处理采购异常（如质量问题、交货延迟等），协调技术、质检等部门解决。
Handle procurement exceptions (e.g., quality issues, delivery delays) and coordinate with technical, quality inspection, and other departments to resolve them.
熟悉机械图纸或技术参数，能准确理解采购需求，避免误采错采。
Familiar with mechanical drawings or technical specifications to accurately understand procurement requirements and avoid incorrect purchases.
完成采购数据统计、对账及付款流程，确保流程合规。
Complete procurement data statistics, reconciliation, and payment processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
要求：
学历专业：大专及以上学历，机械、机电、供应链管理等相关专业优先。
College degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
2年以上机械行业采购经验，熟悉机加工、钣金、铸造等工艺及原材料（如钢材、铝材）市场。
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the mechanical industry, familiar with machining, sheet metal, casting processes, and raw material markets (e.g., steel, aluminum).
有供应商资源或机械/精密仪器/工业设备等行业采购背景者优先。
Candidates with existing supplier resources or procurement experience in mechanical/precision instruments/industrial equipment industries will be given preference.
熟练使用ERP系统、Office办公软件，具备数据分析能力。
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with data analysis capabilities.
熟悉采购流程及合同法，具备良好的谈判和沟通能力。
Familiar with procurement processes and contract law, possessing strong negotiation and communication skills.
能阅读机械图纸或技术文件（如CAD图纸、BOM表）。
Ability to read mechanical drawings or technical documents (e.g., CAD drawings, BOM tables).
