-The ideal applicant should able to execute and in charge of cooperative translation studies and able to present externally.

Requipment：
-Ph.D. at least 6 years of industrial working experiences. Deep knowledge in oncology or immunology.
博士学历并有至少6年的工业届经验。对肿瘤学或免疫学有深入了解。
-Demonstrate track record of antibody/small molecule/ADC candidate confirmation to IND submission in oncology field including but not limiting MoA assay and pharmacodynamic study design and execution.

-Demonstrative ability to build and execute external translation study.
