Job duties: 61 Assist organizations to maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulation 61 Assist organizations to optimize business processes and vendor management strategy, understand organization’s pain points and expectations in processes and systems, analyze the root causes and provide provide professional and practical solutions. 61 Deliver projects relating to business risk management, internal controls, internal audit and process optimization to our clients
Requirements: 61 Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in risk consulting. 61 Familiar with core consulting skills as structural thinking, slide design, visualization and interview. 61 Understanding in procurement management processes, including vendor management. 61 Strong client service focus and excellent communication skills to interact and work effectively with people across levels. 61 Strong systematic, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills. 61 Self motivated team player with a dedication to teamwork and strong learning agility. 61 Proven leadership of effectively leading and mentoring a team. 61 Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. 61 Travelling in other cities is required. 61 Systematic with good planning and organizing skills. 61 Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 61 Strong work ethics, capable of working well under pressure. 61 Relevant professional qualifications, including CICPA, CIA, CISA etc. is a plus.
