General description: This job position holder is responsible for developing sales managerial tools and processes, through commercial excellence (orderliness, efficiency, visibility, better selling models, controlling), to achieve better customer reach and selling performance. Main tasks and responsibilities (not including all) : 1、Sales related managerial process and tools design and management, including but not limited to: o Sales visit planning and reporting management, and related performance analysis o Sales pipeline management support, and related performance analysis o Key account planning and reviewing support o Success story sharing o Weekly, monthly and long term sales forecasting and reviewing, as well as related analysis o Support forming sales tactics and actions o Monthly business reporting and reviews support o Sales management meetings and sales conference support 2、Better customer reach management, including but not limited to: o Merchant partnership model o Convertor partnership model o Brand owner approach 3、Salesforce and future digitalization support 4、Sales trainings support 5、Holistic sales performance appraisal support 6、Other work-related tasks. Job Requirements: 1、Education requirement: Bachelor degree. 2、Professional experience required: 5 years’ work experience and 2 years’ experience in commercial excellence or related roles. Packaging related industries preferably. 3、Conceptual ability, structured and systematical thinking 4、Detail-focused and analytical approach 5、Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player, able to work with various stakeholders 6、Good command of oral and written English and Chinese.
