Job Responsibilities：
1.Development of new paint systems for cosmetic segment based on company strategic or customer request
2.Modification of existing paint systems for the purpose of cost down or paint performance optimization
3.Create guideline formulas incl. job instructions and application parameters
4.Support Production for the scale-up of new paint systems
5.Support Technical Service team for failure analysis in line trials
6.Maintenance of 5S in labs/office/spray booths
7.Ensure compliance with Company Directives and Policies in respect of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and of Quality
8.Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor or master degree in chemistry or polymer related major
2.Be initiative to solve problems and have independent operation ability
3.Good personal skills like technical writing, analytical / research skills
4.Fluent English both in oral and written
5.Basic Microsoft Office Skills
6.Good planning ang time-management skills
7.Good communication skills
8.Related working experience is preferred
