Job Requirements
Act as project leader for supply chain projects execution across region, to establish project management methodologies and manage tools, budgets, and processes to ensure efficient project execution and delivery;
* Supervise and provide guidance to support other projects execution through close collaboration with country and local project teams to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
* Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of capex projects in the region to identify risks, issues, cost controls, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to support project execution and mitigate potential risks.
* Compile and summarize best practices from various plant operations based on practical conditions and promote their implementation across all plants to support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production efficiency.
* Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans.
* Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on the status, progress, spending, and performance of capex projects across region.
* Support the implementation of equipment integrity and necessary engineering controls related to process safety at regional level.
Technical Strategy and Planning
- Continuously support the site to optimize existing processes focus on Lean manufacturing, safety, and work flow;
- Support the scale-up of new products, and closely coordinate with business units for new project evaluations.
- Compile and summarize the best practices from various plant operations based on practical conditions and promote their implementation across plants to support continuous improvement in safety, quality and production efficiency.
2. Project Management
- Act as project leader to execute the ＞￥300K in CHK.
- Supervise and provide guidance to support other projects execution ＜￥300K through close collaboration with CHK site.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of capex projects in CHK to identify risk, issues, cost controls, and opportunities for improvement.
Asset integrity
- Support CHK site to establish the asset integrity management system.
- Support the site to improve the asset management performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans.
Cost management
- Support the site to analyze process costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality
- Support the site to identify and implement cost-effective process improvements and solutions
Documentation and Reporting
- Support the site to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process technology procedures, specifications, and project reports.
- Prepare and present regular reports on process technology performance and project progress to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or above
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital project management, asset management, or related field; 2M.
Others:

61 Good command of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considered a plus.

61 Must be flexible to travel when required to fulfill needs of the business.
