工作内容：
1、负责与客户以及德国总部对于合同的相关事项进行沟通以及合同进度的推进；
2、项目合同和相关协议的起草及审核；
3、负责项目合同执行以及合同执行层面技术参数和技术图纸的确认修改；
4、根据要求完成投标报价时的相关协调工作；
5、 参与项目投标和承包的商务文件签署及工作配合；
6、 负责对于产品进出口报关、单据等事务的处理和细节的把控。

任职资格：
1、具备旁路控制阀的相关知识，熟悉其工作原理、材料标准（ASTM/ASME）、压力温度等级（ANSI Class）等；
2、 具备3年以上制造业/EPC的项目管理与执行能力；
3、 具备进出口贸易操作经验；
4、具备良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力；
5、 具备德国留学背景或德企工作经验优先考虑；
6、能够熟练的使用办公软件熟悉技术软件和硬件的应用；
7、全日制本科以上学历，项目管理，机械工程或测控仪器专业毕业。

1、Communicate with the customer and Germany headquarters regarding contract-related matters and drive contract progress;
2、Contract execution, including confirmation and modification of technical parameter and technical drawing;
3、Draft, review, and finalize project contracts and agreements;
4、Participate in the signing of commercial documents for project bidding and contracting, and provide necessary support;
5、Handle product import/export customs clearance, documentation, and ensure meticulous attention to details;
6、Manage import/export customs clearance, documentation, and compliance details.
You will inspire us with this:
1、Possess knowledge of control valves, familiar with working principles, material standards (ASTM/ASME), and pressure-temperature ratings (ANSI Class);
2、More than 3 years of project management and execution capabilities in the industiral manufacturing/EPC;
3、Experience in import/export trade operations;
4、Prior study experience in Germany or work experience in a German company is preferred;
5、Proficiency in office software and familiarity with technical software and hardware application;
6、Good written and spoken English skills;
7、Good coordination and communication skills;
8、Bachelor degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Measurement & Control Instrumentation.
