Responsibilities - Develop new products according to customer's requirements - To negotiate with makers for price with quality - To be organized for filing for daily inquires, order files - Understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, delivery, etc. - Independently creates value for the company by securing business through competive quotations and managing new development activites effectively - Develops strong personal relationships with key clients - Adheres to correct business practices and company procedures - Strong knowledge of purchasing market and price level as well as target consumer sales market - Ability to perform cost analysis based on raw material prices - Can follow for the sample approval lead time carefully - Responsible for maintaining healthy margins and cash flow for customers under management - Actively pursues business development activities for the company
Work Experience Requirements - At least 3 years working experience in merchandising at trading company or factory sales for pleastic / metal / household / chemical products - Familiar with US markets - Experience in buying complete products, OEM and development; cross-border supply chain experience is a plus
Skill Requirements - Strong ability to read, write and spoken in English - Good negotiation ability, - Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure - Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel
Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, English, or a related discipline preferred
