Guide the business development team in industrial (e.g., steel, chemical) and emerging industry (e.g., hydrogen energy, perovskite), driving the application team to develop tailored solutions in added value. Complex Scenario Support: Lead business development specialist on innovative markets study, drive activities with key customers, even technologies still under R&D phase.
3. End-to-End Technical Delivery
Leading application engineer team to realize proposal design to engineering design, coordinate with PCs on project implementation in quality and specification. Build a multi-industry technical case library, documenting typical solution models for sectors like semiconductors and steel.
4. Product life management and return to NPI development
Coordinate and manage product life cycle as connection with engineering and productions. Digest the market requirement and trend, return to marketing and engineering team on new product development
Requirements:
Education Background
Master’s degree in physics, chemical or mechanical engineering or related fields; candidates with interdisciplinary knowledge are preferred.
Experience Requirements
15+ years of experience in industrial technology, with 7+ years in multi-industry technical/application team management. Vacuum and multi-industry experience is preferred Familiar with Industrial application Familiar with multi-industry standards (e.g., ATEX/API for petrochemical, GMP for pharmaceuticals, ASME for industrial).
