Position Summary:
This position is responsible for GCN Mobility business development for SAIC Group. Under Regional sales strategy, maintain and develop clients for OEM and suppliers group for global Market Assess, homologation, functional safety, cyber security and autonomous driving access and tool chain business etc..
该职位负责GCN交通服务部上汽集团业务开拓。在区域销售策略方向下,维护和开发主机厂及其供应链在国际市场合规咨询及Emark认证、功能安全,网络安全和自动驾驶合规准入和仿真工具链等相关业务。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement (60%)
销售目标达成 (60%)
- To develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects:
通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有客户和新客户的业务,实现以下几个方面的录单目标和大客户开发目标:
- Develop SAIC Group supply chain strategy business relationship deeply and dig out potential business opportunity for homologation and autonomous driving access in East Area;
深度开发上汽集团汽车供应链战略合作关系,拓展在国际市场合规准入和自动驾驶准入业务方面的业务;
- Drive and coordinate internal resources to achieve customer cooperation project acquisition;
推动和协调内部资源,实现客户合作项目的获取;
- Based on the KA customer strategy, develop systematic solutions for supply chain, and maintain close communication with the client's senior management;
基于KA客户战略,形成供应链相关的系统解决方案,与客户高层保持紧密沟通;
- Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry developments.
收集包括竞争对手和汽车行业发展在内的市场信息。

2. Sales Development (25%)
销售发展 (25%)
- Organize market activities to support business development and TUV SUD brand image promotion;
组织市场活动以支持业务发展和公司品牌形象提升;
- Support SAIC KA team for competence enhancement and career development.
支持上汽KA小组提升能力和职业发展。

3. Sales Operation and Support (10%)
销售运营与支持 (10%)
- Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;
在日常销售活动中遵循销售运营政策;
- Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement;
根据要求参加销售会议或其他由汇报经理安排的会议;
- Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line.
完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件。

4. Others (5%)
其他 (5%)
- Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
完成直属经理分配的其他任务。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
本科或本科以上学历;
2. Excellent learning skill, organizational skills and communication skills;
具备优秀的学习能力,谈判能力和沟通能力;
3. At least 8 years KA OEM sales management working experience;
至少8年以上在KA主机厂相关的销售经验;
4. Homologation business or automotive functional safety or cyber security experience will be a plus;
有汽车合规认证、功能安全或网络安全经验者优先;
5. Good English oral and written skills.
良好的英语口语和书面能力。
