Goal of the position: 61 The SIP business analyst is accountable for coaching and assisting the business managers with the creation of sales incentive plans that drive the right selling behavior. 61 Ensure full alignment with the Global SIP governance framework and the SIP calendar. 61 Act as *** line contact to answer SIP related questions from Business, HR and Finance.
Duties and responsibilities: Planning, development and implementation of the Business Group Sales Incentive Plans 61 Communicate the SIP framework and calendar, rules and guidelines to business leaders. 61 Challenge the design of plans that are out of framework or complex for plan maintenance. 61 Support the business by gathering and preparing the necessary data to complete the Sales Incentive Plan process including baseline and quota calculation
Constantly optimizing Sales Incentive 61 Work closely with the Business teams by leveraging reporting and analytics to develop and manage a list of prioritized actions to address complex plans and ensure governance framework alignment 61 Maintain full visibility of plan design compliance with the framework with all business and functional stakeholders to ensure appropriate levels of support and engagement in implementing the identified action plans (such as plan approval, plan and quota acknowledgement) 61 Support with appropriate levels of further education and training to address ongoing issues 61 Propose continuous improvement programs guidelines that drives easier to maintain SIPs and supports process automation
Ensure effective operational support and issue resolution 61 Provides support and point of contact for Business, HR and Finance 61 Ensure that all Business Group operational needs are being effectively met by Business Process support teams 61 Ensure that identified Business issues impacting the achievement of SLAs are addressed within agreed timelines 61 Support preparation of change requests for the SIP committee 61 Work closely with finance and payroll to ensure the accuracy of accruals and payments 61 Ensure that all operational issues are captured in appropriate systems and resolved within agreed and acceptable timelines (GIC, Sales Report, etc.)
Education and experience: · Knowledge of SIP systems and processes · Business experience (5 years+ of experience in sales, marketing, or support function roles) · Bachelor's degree (creditable) or above on Data Science, Data Analysis, Statistics, or Finance
Knowledge and skills: · Knowledge of global ERP design for the SIP process · Advanced Excel skills required · Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills · Possesses a strong customer service orientation to effectively answer inquiries from stakeholders and act as subject matter expert regarding sales incentive compensation · Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships · Relevant Business experience including growth strategies and programs · Experience in managing programs and centralized operations · Effective use of Reporting and Analytics to tell a story, track progress and action plan · Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially · Fluent written and spoken English
