What you’ll do 61Responsible for regular bowler updates and commercial related business data analysis. 61Be involved in annual goal setting for commercial team and monthly performance tracking/reporting. 61Work closely with service sales/field service team to deep dive customer segmentation and IB data maintenance or analysis. 61Assist on channel partner related operational and evaluation processes to accommodate commercial growth strategy as well as to comply with company policies and compliance requirements. 61Provide DBS kaizen related activities and data support. Proactively build up standard work to ensure effectiveness and sustainment. 61Monitor daily operational utilization of SFDC in collaboration with service sales team to ensure data integrity, transparency and traceability. 61Continuously optimize commercial processes to improve sales force utilization. 61Facilitate team meeting and other administrative affairs if necessary.
Who you are 61Bachelor's Degree or above. 1 year (service) commercial operation or data analyst. Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences industry is preferred. 61Good knowledge of SFDC or similar CRM system. Ability to function in Microsoft office. 61Excellent communication skills and good at cross-functional project management. 61Positive attitude, eager to learn and be a fast learner.
