Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading monthly controlling closing, incl. analytical operation (Top-down, Cycle, L&S etc.)
2. Logistics cost accrual and stock revaluation in month-end closing
3. To deliver management P&L following group reporting calendar
4. Category P&L split with regular review on the allocation key, incl. technical setup in SAP when needed
5. Variance analysis and reconciliation with group system calculation
6. Channel P&L as well as key customer deep-dive when needed
7. Tracking product P&L mainly brand / brand type margin, and support Statutory analysis with SKU allocation when concerned
8. Logistic cost tracking and set up monthly review system
9. Monthly rolling forecast
10. Exploration on group tool and assist on rollout to China when applicable
11. Being main contact for corporate reporting on routine communication

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. 5-8 years FP&A or controlling experience
3. FMCG industry experience
4. Good command of office tools (excel, PPT etc.) and know controlling module in SAP (FI/CO)
5. Analytical sense
6. Fluent in English (written & speaking) and good communication
7. Willingness to learn and explore new things
8. Self-motivated and team player
