JOB SUMMARY Located on the client site, the purpose of this position is to support and assist in the management of space planning and onsite project support. Also be able to provide recommendations, solutions, and executions of moves, adds, and/or changes (MAC) services for a stakeholder’s occupancy needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Serve as one primary interface and point of contact with client team for all space related inquiries. 2. Promote, advocate, support client internal space policies and relevant applications. 3. Conduct interviews and discussions with key stakeholders to gather, coordinate and synthesize project requirements, functional, operational, and execution issues. 4. Attend meetings with client about the discussion of space requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs). Anticipate space solutions to support the client. 5. Provide metrics, collect and analyze data related to client's physical space needs (All the properties in Great China). Answer clients’ questions or concerns and provide data to back up recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current and future space needs, understand business direction and changing workplace needs. 6. Produces drawings and graphic presentations for internal stakeholders for review and feedback. Draft meeting minutes and obtain approvals to proceed when required. 7. Review and update both CAD drawings and database in time. Ensure the accuracy of data/information provided. 8. Daily management for filing documents, assets and furniture labeling. Manage meeting room booking and confirm user information for furniture such as lockers. 9. Work closely with the sourcing team to process project related purchase requests and good received form. Ensure the accuracy of data/information provided. 10. May identify existing furniture solutions currently in place and develop standard operating procedures for all furniture activity. 11. Measure the space and furniture on-site and layout solutions must be provided promptly when there is a moving requirement. 12. Track, monitor, coordinate, and support all planning for moves, adds or changes service. 13. Manage vendors to achieve workspace requirements within budget and in a timely manner. 14. Furniture disposal and maintain company assets in accordance with company policies. 15. Maintain CBRE’s on-site relationship and quality assurance with the client, understand commercial relationship between CBRE and clients, maximize performance and apply contract terms, in respect of company values. 16. Other duties may be assigned and supported by the line manager. Required Knowledge and Skills: 1. Good problem solving and analytical skills. 2. Good communication skills. 3. Mathematics skills in a logical way. 4. Ability to measure and record on-site. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. 6. Experience in AutoCAD drawing. 7. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. 8. Good in responding to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and effectively present information to internal stakeholders. 9. Assertiveness and win/win conflict resolution. 10. Adaptability and flexibility Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree 1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Interior Design or Space Planning is preferred. 2. CET 4, good verbal and written English 3. 1-3 years of related experience or training.
