职位职责：
Distribution Requirements Planning:
61 Manage the supply and replenishments across the whole supply network & review mid term and long term outlook of the supply plan against resources and warehouse capacities.
61 Ensure consolidation of independent, dependent and distribution demand at SKU level.
61 Requirements inventory setting and DRP process management. Resolve exceptions in accordance with IBP rules.
61 Distribution plan full horizon/ weekly/ daily release for Stock Transfer Orders / ICDs depending on the flows.
61 Inventory plan volume and value projection and warehouse/ logistics capacity planning.
61 Reviews logistics schedule adherence and drive improvement including optimization of truck load management.
61 Manage demand exceptions with Demand managers/planner, logistics and Supply Planning Manager.
61 Drive gate keeping meetings with the other departments and support with providing relevant KPI’s to measure performance.
61 Provide impact analysis when needed to show the impact of decisions or scenarios to the plan. Support on reporting where necessary.
61 Balance service level (OTIF) and inventory targets (OWC) at the primary and/or secondary DC’s, while understanding cost impacts on manufacturing.
61 Manage reduction and prevention of slow and obsolete stock. Ensure rework and scrapping at the primary and/or secondary DC’s
61 Monitor FINI distributed to DCs as contact point to resolve over/under stock position. Execute and support allocation of constraint supply to demand/ create needed visibility through network.
61 Inputs to inventory strategy on existing, new and phase-out products.
61 Ensure master data correctness & proper housekeeping of transactional data.
61 Support projects and process improvement to enhance performance and efficiency of the required planning activities.
Production Planning
61 Manage the MPS/MRP process and resolve exceptions in accordance with IBP rules.
61 Master production plan release for production plant/ cells while keeping in line with agreements made on capacity.
61 Finite production and capacity planning based on factory calendar and EBQs. Make sure the Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) process and planned production capability exceptions for Supply Points are managed (x production sites and relevant tollers/TPMs).
61 Release production orders to the site in line with agreements made with the site. Review schedule adherence and drive improvement.
61 Manage demand exceptions with Scheduler and SP Manager. Support the site schedulers and site with analyses when needed to create visibility.
61 Work together with DRP Planners to understand customer requirements and incorporate this in the production plan.
61 Drive gate keeping meetings with the other departments and support with providing relevant KPI’s to measure performance.
61 Provide impact analysis when needed to show the impact of decisions or scenarios to the plan. Support on reporting where necessary.
61 Balance service level (OTIF) and inventory targets (OWC), whilst understanding cost impacts on manufacturing.

61 University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline) with Degree or equivalent qualification
61 Focused on results
