Overview The APC Solution Consultant is with technical strength in Pavilion (APC) for our Team in China. This role will provide sales support to our China sales organizations. The person will be responsible for working with our account managers and the delivery team of Pavilion among our customers. The person must have strong business acumen and customer interaction skills. This role requires the ability to understand customer challenges and industry drivers, formulate potential solutions and provide support to the sales force in the sales process This Application Consultant will have a direct impact to help enable the relative industries of Pavilion to achieve revenue growth targets.
Job Responsibilities: 61 Apply consultative skills in customer-facing situations to identify customer problems and understand their business and operational issues. Facilitate customer understanding of Rockwell APC Solution technical functionality, value creation and business process improvement. 61 Articulate the overall solution and provide the vision with an understanding of the customer's business and technological needs, 61 Support the account team to develop the account strategy based on the industry and client business environment. Refine the solution and vision messages for the overall project and work with other team members to develop presentation materials that effectively communicate these messages, lead clients to action. 61 Ability to do benefit study for the ROI analysis using the Pavilion tools and have delivery ability if needed. 61 Develop technical proposals for assigned opportunities. Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP questionnaires as required. 61 Accountable for achieving personal targets
Job Requirements 61 B.S. in Engineering with a at least 12 years practical experience in consulting, or Delivery 61 Minimum of 6 years’ experience in APC Solution. 61 Domain expertise required. 61 Experience in the process or manufacturing industries. Mining background as a plus 61 Fast learner with a desire/motivation to learn cutting-edge new technologies. 61 Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 61 Strong business acumen. Adept at performing customer interviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and overcoming resistance to change. 61 Flexibility to travel >60% of time.
