5. 负责软件，硬件的操作手册，配置手册的编制
Responsible for the preparation of software and hardware operation manuals and configuration manuals
6. 负责将安装配置好的软硬件移交项目交付团队，并培训项目交付团队相关软件，设备的使用和简单维护
Responsible for handing over the installed and configured software and hardware to the project delivery team, and training the project delivery team on the use of software, equipment and simple maintenance
7. 负责维护公司软，硬件资产清单，并能提供报告供其他团队使用
Responsible for maintaining the company's software and hardware asset list, and can provide reports for other teams to use
8. 负责与项目相关的软件提供商，硬件供应商的沟通

9. 负责日常项目软硬件问题的解决

任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历， 计算机相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer related
2. 3年以上工作经验
More than 3 years work experience
3. 有软件开发维护经验优先
Experience in software development/maintenance is prefered
4. 有一定的英语沟通能力，包括口头和书面
Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
5. 有文档扫描行业经验优先
Experience in scanning industry is preferred
6. 有文件数字化相关行业经验优先，或者愿意学习相关知识
Industry experience related to document digitization is preferred, or willing to learn relevant knowledge
7. 性格开朗，沟通能力佳，有学习新知识技能的热情
Have good communication skills and enthusiasm for learning new knowledge and skills
