You will be a professional with a retail industry background to support APAC, proficient in Agile methodology with a good understanding in-stores technologies including but not limited to POS, in-store digital experience, mobile technologies, customer management, retail productivity platforms, in-store infrastructure and operations in the region and across the globe.
Identify business needs or problems and propose solutions with future state definition of digital solutions fitting for consumer experience and corporate efficiency. Serve as liaison between the business community (brands, strategy and Direct-To-Consumer, supply chain and finance) and Digital Technology.
Key Result Areas : Requirement Management - Leverage system functionality to satisfy requirements from multiple business units/APAC regions and to facilitate business process improvement and innovation. - Analyze data needs for digital marketing traffic tracking base on consumer journey.
Product Design - Collaborate with other digital product teams and engineering teams to design the product that provides best customer experience end to end.
- Work with technology, customer experience and brand teams on define user stories/ mock ups/prototypes for the product(s) to anticipate visually customer experience.
Product Development - Be part of an execution working within an Agile development framework. - Acts as primary contact between technical (software-engineering, architects, testers) and other teams, including brand teams, operations, analytics, customer experience, legal, finance. - Put understanding of business and customers need in validating products/features.
Stakeholders Partnership - Communicate to business stakeholders progress and benefit realization, looking at it through business and customers’ lenses. - Engage with partner ecosystem to optimize performance and results. - Responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating work delivered from outsource partners

Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or similar degree - Broad and solid level of knowledge and understanding of business processes in retail, especially in the sales operation, retail area (strong business acumen) - Ability to foresee project risk and control project quality, take initiatives to facilitate the change & culture shift across complicated & ambiguous organization - About 3+ years of business experience and 5+ years in IT business analyst role. - Proven experience with requirements gathering and process design - Knowledge of agile scrum/Kanban methodology and working practice is a plus - International Consumer product/Retail industry experiences a plus. - Self-motivated, good planning and organization skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin - Execute assigned tasks with a high degree of independence, self-organization and goal orientation - Multi-countries project implementation experience is a plus
