Job Description
Responsibility: Lead abrasive new product development project; Develop coated abrasive technology lab capability

Skills:

Professional product qualification planning and risk handling from idea to launch; Familiar with new product commercialization process, and key delivery by phase
Smooth cross function communication, with Business, AE, manufacture and quality etc.
Clear priority and strategy to achieve commercializing new product target
Strong project ownership and be good at identify formulation etc. quick solution to catch timeline
Knowledge of coated abrasive formular design and related key RM like abrasive mineral and adhesive (PF, UF, Epoxy etc. ), including coating and curing process.
Knowledge of abrasive market hot needs to set new product specification
Capability to build new product road map is preferred.
Knowledge of coated abrasive pilot run and sample test is preferred.

Background preferred:

Major in chemistry, polymer or related area
Degree: Master or Doctor
Successful experience of coated abrasive like sanding sheet, belt etc. development.
