Role Summary: The social and digital supervisor will be responsible for brand & product communication on digital and social platforms. This role involves product seeding campaign, social campaign management, official websites/mini program management.
Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results: 61 Assist marketing manager to plan and execute content of brand owned platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Red Note, TikTok, Zhihu and official website.
61 Social media communication: Plan and execution global and local social communication with digital engagement and innovate with influencers cooperation, campaigns, and content creation that align with local norms. Create and schedule social media posts. Identify opportunities to promote and share relevant content.
61 Product seeding: spearhead end-to-end rollouts with relentless operational rigor, from strategic planning through real-time optimization to performance analysis. Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams — bridging product, trade marketing and external partners to align objectives, streamline resources, and deliver cohesive results. Well knowledgeable on digital platforms like Red Note, Tiktok and Bilibili etc.
61 Data driven thinking with collect data and reporting for analysis of digital environment.
61 Co-operate with creative team and cross-business teams to plan, implement and provide create content support to achieve communication goals. Always deliver brand value and message accurately by showing strong sense in lifestyle/home deco area.
61 Support other routine work in the marketing department.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors 61 5+ years of related working experience 61 Bachelor's Degree or above required 61 Prior experience in digital & social in international brands or industry preferred. 61 Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, e-commerce landscape, trends and consumer behavior. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the digital landscape and learn/understanding new tools and process flows and their interconnections 61 Good command of English in oral and written and communication skills 61 Strong SNS marketing experience 61 Attention to details and willing to work under pressure 61 Strong organizational and project management abilities 61 Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies 61 Continuous Improvement Mindset: proactively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 61 Experience in 3rd party management: influencers’ agency, creative agency and digital & media agency. 61 Proficiency in MS Office
