We are seeking an experienced Local Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our compliance framework in China, ensuring adherence to local regulations, global standards, and third-party risk management. This role will serve as the key liaison between our operations and global compliance functions, driving a culture of integrity.
Main Responsibilities: 61 Support in implementing third-party due diligence program, including screening, diligence report evaluation, risk assessment/escalation, and ongoing monitoring. 61 Develop and enforce local controls, policies, and training to mitigate compliance risks. 61 Manage local compliance certifications, tracking, and reporting for third parties in alignment with our standards. 61 Act as the local compliance champion by embedding a culture of integrity, the promotion of a positive Compliance, Integrity, Risk and speak up culture through various Compliance measures within based on internal and external regulations. 61 Adapt Group policies and requirements to our organization 61 Monitor and analyze new regulations and trends in China advising on actionable adjustments. 61 Proactively identify regional risks and develop risk-differentiated mitigation strategies. 61 Deliver live and virtual compliance training to employees, management, and third-party partners. 61 Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational compliance knowledge and controls. 61 Support external audits and global compliance initiatives as needed.

Main Requirements: 61 10+ years of compliance experience, preferably in commercial vehicles, or manufacturing 61 Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, or related field. 61 Business fluent in written and spoken English 61 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders & partners. 61 Professional, proactive, self-motivated, fast-learning and result-oriented; 61 Good interpersonal skills and highly collaborative working style with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
