Duties and responsibilities 61 Oversee and govern key compliance KPIs, ensure on time delivery of BOM, testing and compliance approvals for global markets. 61 Lead investigation of supplier quality issues, guide suppliers root cause analyze of significant quality problems, ensure implementation of corrective / preventive actions. 61 Monitor key suppliers’ performance, driving improvement plans, processes, and supplier capability development. 61 Partner with product sourcing EU&RoW team to embed compliance requirements into product design/development (e.g., Design for Compliance/quality). 61 Partner with supply & capacity team and suppliers to ensure compliance issues are addressed and solved before shipment. 61 Plan and perform internal and external product risk assessments, address and initiate matrix meetings with relevant stakeholders or suppliers. 61 Mentor and coach team members on regulatory frameworks, testing protocols, and communication skills. 61 Conduct compliance workshops for stakeholders (e.g., sourcing, supply & capacity, QC) to ensure organization-wide adherence. 61 Manage external consultants, labs, and certification bodies to optimize resource allocation.
Skills and experience 61 Bachelor’s degree in technical field, better major in chemical related, materials etc. 61 5+ years of related working experience in regulatory compliance particularly in the areas of consumer products like toys, kitchen, electronics etc. 61 At least 3 years' experience in Supervisory level with direct people management and experience 61 Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., EU Toy Safety Directive, EN62115, ASTM F963, EN60598-1 /-2-4/10). 61 Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all levels of the organization. 61 Strong project management in improving process/people/capability/system. 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and making sounds decision. 61 Excellent organizational management and leadership skills 61 Experience in a multinational and dynamic environment.
