YOUR ROLE
As a Equipment Assistant, you will responsible for equipment control by following the instruction from management, and deal with daily business for empty equipment supply and relative operation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
In this role, you will be expected to perform professionally by dedicating to below responsibilities:
- Haulage Plan of Empty Equipment Discharged & monitoring
- Handle Empty Reposition as per ARO request
- Handle Units On Hire (NON 1-WAY) as HO request
- 1-WAY Units Arrangement as HO request
- Off Hire / Scrap / Sale (Illegal in China) as HO request
- Sub-lease in / out as HO request
- Coordinate with Depot for Depot Stock Supervision
- Coordinate with Terminal for Terminal Stock Monitoring
- Monitor Empty Units Releasing to Shippers on Easipass
- Monitor Customs Clearance & Quarantine Issues of Empty Units
- Idling Control with Depot & Terminal
- Special Equipment Plan Arrangement (NOR/GOH/Reefer/OT/FR)
- Prepare LOG Reports / Data Summary
- Container Seals & EIR Arrangement
- Cooperation with Other Parties(Sales/ GSSC/ State-agent/Terminal Depot/ Track Company)
- Arrange MR & depot audit
- Monitoring depot, daily report

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor degree with relevant major
- Fresh graduates are welcomed if you have motivation to dedicate your career in shipping industry
- Be proficient in computer application and office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility for work
