Mission: This role is responsible for the development of Social, Digital and PR execution for Christian Louboutin Beauty in China market liase with marketing calendar. The role will cover the full range of communication of the brand in support of the various marketing activities as required by the markets.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Plans: 61 Communication of Social, Digital and PR plans updates and execution 61 Seek approvals (from internal parties and global brand teams) for any adaptations/unforeseen situations, wherever required 61 Ordering of products and brand items for use in communications and offline VIP salon
Digital/Social Media Strategy, Planning, and Implementation Management: 61 Lead brand’s social and digital strategy execution based on brand’s vision and objectives in China market 61 Coordinate with and accommodate to brand team as well as local commercial team to align common goals in brand building journey 61 Design and implement digital/social plan to achieve short-term and long-term brand objectives 61 Track media investments and competitors’ ATL activities and maximize ROI in brand investment in this area 61 Maintain up to date media plans within the PUIG APAC information database
Public Relations: 61 Lead the execution of PR strategy with the brand development teams (brand communications) and follow up on implementation with the markets 61 Assist with sales team in planning and executing offline VIP salon to elevate customer experience, strengthen client relationships, and drive sales growth. 61 Collect PR clippings and reports from the markets on a quarterly basis and work with agency on press clippings evaluation 61 Submit required PR clipping reports to brand development teams at HQ
Others: 61 Working on any other brand and marketing related projects assigned by line manager or HQ 61 Supporting On-line and Off-line operational marketing activities
Requirements: 61 Experience: At least 5 years or more years of experience in a relevant position managing prestige/premium brands, from the luxury or FMCG Industry or acquired in an agency and/or within luxury/cosmetics brands 61 Education: Degree in Communications or Marketing or Business Administration 61 Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin with language proofing skills 61 Competencies: o Knowledge of cosmetics & luxury industry and China is a must. A keen interest in consumerism and keeps up to date on latest market trends in the industry o Sensitive to market trends and have a creative spirit o Entrepreneurial, self-directed and willing to work in a start-up environment o Project management o Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders o Attention to detail and be able to manage time efficiently
