Job description & responsibilities
- Understand business needs and derive business requirements
- Perform systems and/or proposal comparisons and evaluations
- Prepare business requirements document, project plan, training materials, rollout plan, etc.
- Effectively manage business requirements and change requests
- Work closely with developers and test analysts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
- Familiar with Auto Industry business, especially for EBOM Management
- Familiar with Agile project mythology and tooling like Jira/Confluence

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to understand complex business problems and recommend business solutions
- Experience in IT projects and Software Development Lifecycle
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
